Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC) is going to recruit 9 people on contract basis for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (HR). Interested candidates should apply online.

Eligibility:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or BBA degree in HR/Management/MIS/International Business/Organization Strategy and Leadership/Public Administration/International Relations/Economics/Law/Mass Communication and Journalism from a recognized university.
Third class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in education is not acceptable.
In the grading system, GPA/CGPA should be at least 4.0 on a 5-point scale and at least 3.0 on a 4-point scale.
Leadership skills, computer skills and fluency in Bangla and English.
Age: Maximum 32 years as on 31 December 2024 (age limit is relaxable by five years for DPDC employees).
Job Type: Three-year contract with one year probation period (contract renewable up to 60 years of age).
Salary and Allowances:
Monthly basic salary: 39,000 taka
House rent allowance: 60% of basic salary (50% in Narayanganj and Gazipur City Corporation areas)
Festival bonus, Bengali New Year allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Insurance, Leave encashment, Medical allowance, Travel allowance.
