A notification has been issued for the admission of domestic students to MBBS courses in private medical colleges for the academic year 2024-25. As per the guidelines set by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), students will have to apply online in a specific form. The application process will start from February 3 and the fee has been fixed at Tk 300.
Details have been given in a notification signed by Professor Rubina Yasmin, Additional Director General of the Directorate of Health Education, where students will have to apply online through Teletalk. While filling the application, the form should be filled carefully following the instructions and the application fee should be submitted through prepaid Teletalk.

Fees Deposit Ends: 10 March, 11:59 PM
Preliminary List Released: 17 March
First Confirmation Ends: 19 March
Second Confirmation SMS: 22 March
Second Confirmation Ends: 25 March
List Released: 27 March
Admission Starts: 3 April
Last Date of Admission: 12 April
In addition, 5 percent reserved quota will be for children of freedom fighters and heroines. The fee prescribed by the government will be applicable for admission and no additional fee will be collected.
