A young man was crushed to death by a truck in Narail

A motorcyclist named Hasib Molya was crushed to death by a truck in Kalia, Narail. The accident occurred on Sunday (January 26) afternoon at the Fuldah intersection in the Amtala area of ​​the Kalia-Narail road. The deceased Hasib is the son of Sabbir Molya of Madhabpasha village in Kalia upazila.

According to local and police sources, Hasib was riding a motorcycle from Kalia to Narail on Sunday afternoon. At that time, his motorcycle collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction at the Fuldah intersection. Hasib was crushed by the truck’s wheels and died on the spot. The truck’s driver and assistant fled, abandoning the truck.

Kalia Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Rashedul Islam said that the truck has been seized, but the driver and assistant are absconding and legal action is under process in this regard.
